FAST FREEZE DOWN
The special high-efficiency heat exchanger allows fast freeze-down with low energy consumption.
DIGITAL CONTROL AND DISPLAY

STANDBY
Maintains product temperature in both mix hopper and freezing cylinder below 3 ºC overnight.
HOPPER AGITATOR
Maintain product material consistency and prevent product material separation.
DIRECT DRIVE TRANSMISSION
Worm and gear reducer directly drives the beater producing high transmission efficiency.
SAFETY PROTECTIONS
1. Low temperature and motor overload shut-offs to protect in the event of cylinder freeze up.
2. High-pressure protection can prevent compressor from overheating.
DEFROST FOR CLEANING
Increases efficiency during cleaning by heating frozen product in the cylinder. Automatically prevents product overflow after dispensing.
