12 Frozen Cocktail Recipes - Quick and Easy!

If your bar, nightclub, pub or even restaurant doesn't offer cocktails on the drinks menu, you are behind the times! Even though customers have to spend almost double the amount of a vodka and lemonade, people love them. Even if you just have a limited number of them on your menu, it is a huge attraction to your customers.

Something else that is just as popular, is slush drinks, which is why we have made this blog post. Here we are giving you 12 easy recipes for frozen cocktails using a slush machine.

The Absolute Slush Machines are so versatile and can be used to make a huge range of drinks. The conventional use is for slush machines is of course a range of slush drinks which appeal to children. We have found the easiest way to cater to adults too and make cocktails! All you need is to have one bowl with a neutral slush syrup mix in (this tastes like cloudy lemonade) and you're good to go!

Frozen Mojito

The Cuban cocktail, Mojito, is a combination of flavours; sweet, citrus, and minty. This is a classic refreshing drink ideal for the summer. Served in a tall glass.

  • Add 1 shot of white rum into the glass,
  • Add neutral slush into glass,
  • Add our mojito slush syrup to add the flavour,
  • Stir and garnish with mint and lime.

 

Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri

A strawberry daiquiri is most commonly known to be a frozen cocktail so everyone already knows how delicious it is as a slush! Because our syrups give the same authentic freshly-made flavour, your customers won't be able to tell it isn't! Served in a tall, wide glass.

  • Pour 1 shot of spice rum into the glass,
  • Add the neutral slush,
  • Pump strawberry daiquiri slush syrup for the flavour,
  • Stir and garnish with a strawberry.

 

Frozen Margarita

Everyone knows a Margarita to be a sour and strong cocktail. The slush texture compliments this flavour superbly making it taste super fresh. Served in a shallow glass.

  • Dip the rim of the glass in salt,
  • Add 1 shot of tequila in a glass,
  • Dispense the neutral slush,
  • Add our margarita slush syrup,
  • Stir and garnish with a lime.

 

Blue Lagoon

Blue raspberry is everyone's favourite slush flavour, so why not make a cocktail out of it? Served in a glass of your choice.

  • Add blue raspberry slush syrup,
  • Stir and garnish with lemon or lime.

 

Frozen Piña Colada

This traditionally creamy cocktail is either a love or hate. If you don't like the thickness of the coconut cream and pineapple juice, our slush version is perfect for you. Served in a tall, wide glass.

  • Add neutral slush,
  • Add pina colada flavoured syrup,
  • Stir and garnish with a cherry.

 

 

Cosmic Slush

Vodka and Red Bull is such a popular drink in clubs and bars, so making a slush version was a must-have! Served in a shallow glass.

  • Add energy slush syrup (tastes like Red Bull),
  • Stir and garnish with lime to garnish.

 

Frozen Pornstar Martini

This is possibly the most popular cocktail, especially with the younger female audience. Our syrups bring the important sweet but tangy flavours of the passion fruit to give that authentic taste. Served in a shallow glass.

  • Add 1 shot of vodka (vanilla if you have it),
  • Add neutral slush,
  • Pump of passion fruit slush syrup,
  • Stir and garnish with a half passion fruit on top.

 

 

Frozen Black Russian

A Black Russian is known as an after-dinner drink - simple but full of flavour. If you like coffee, this cocktail is perfect for you. Usually it is poured over ice which is why our frozen cocktail version works so well. Served in a short old-fashioned glass.

  • Add 1 shot of vodka, 0.5 shot of coffee liqueur,
  • Add neutral slush,
  • Pour cola syrup into glass,
  • Stir and enjoy (garnish with a lemon slice if you'd like)

 

 

Frozen Sex on the Beach

Another classic cocktail, we just had to make a slush version of a Sex on the Beach. The orange and cranberry flavours compliment each other so well and the frozen slush version makes it extra refreshing. Served in a tall glass.

  • Add 1 shot of Peach Schnapps,
  • Add neutral slush mix,
  • Add orange and cranberry syrup,
  • Stir and serve with a slice of orange.

 

 

Frozen Tequila Sunrise

Not only does a Tequila Sunrise taste delicious, it looks just as amazing with the gradient orange to yellow. This makes the recipe a little more complex - make sure you follow them in the right order to achieve the gradient! (It still tastes amazing either way). Served in a tall glass.

  • Add 1 shot of tequila,
  • Add 2 shot of grenadine,
  • Add neutral slush to fill half the glass and stir,
  • Add neutral slush to the top,
  • Add tropical slush syrup,
  • Stir and serve with a cherry.

 

Frozen Gin + Pink Lemonade

'Pink Gin' has been a huge sensation over the past couple of years in bars, clubs and now restaurants and pubs. We couldn't leave this out of our recipes, so this is our slush twist! Served in a wide gin glass.

  • Add 1 shot of Gin - can be plain or pink gin
  • Add neutral slush mix,
  • Add pink lemonade flavoured syrup,
  • Stir and serve with raspberries.

 

 

Frozen Sours

Sourz are a favourite among young adults as they're full of flavour and seemingly easier to shot than stronger spirits. We've taken inspiration from this and designed sour frozen cocktails! Served however you like.

  • Add corresponding sour apple or sour cherry syrup,
