An Absolute Coffee a day Keeps the Doctor Away?admin
So apparently drinking three cups of absolute coffee a day (well any coffee, but I don’t just work for any coffee company and I don’t want to get sacked!) can lead to a longer life. This is according to a new study published in “The Annals of Internal Medicine”
Of course this may be a slightly over exaggerated view, but for decades and up-to quite recently many scientists have been quite vocal about the fact that Coffee may indeed lower the risks of heart disease and gut problems. What researches found was that men who drank the highest amounts of coffee in the subject group had a 12% overall reduced risk, whereas women had a 7% reduced risk.
Furthermore, A new study led by Dr. Abhishek Mohan at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, has concluded that coffee can reduce the levels of beta amyloid, a destructive protein commonly found in the brains of people with Alzheimer’s, by as much as 50%.
Nevertheless, as always we suggest you enjoy Absolute Coffee as part of a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
